Yes, every Singapore company must have at least one local director. According to the Singapore Companies Act, each company must appoint at least one director who is ordinarily resident in Singapore. This person can be a Singapore Citizen, a Singapore Permanent Resident, or a holder of an EntrePass or Employment Pass. A Chinese company can directly act as a shareholder.   • Financial statements (such as balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement)
  • Audit report (if applicable)
  • Annual return (including financial statements, audit report, directors’ statements, and shareholders’ resolutions)
  • Updated company information (changes in address, directors, shareholders, etc.)
  • Proof of annual fee payment
